Getting Cunningham's Store Orders

All
prices listed for the products at Cunningham's Store, together with the per
order flat handling fee of $2, include
shipping via "best way." This means that a customer within the USA
will receive his products via "Media Mail," as that is the best
domestic rate for printed materials. Australians, however, will receive their
shipments also via "best way," which is "Economy mail," AKA
"the slow boat to China" (it's really not so bad). The Quick Shopping
Cart template which Cunningham's Store utilizes, does not allow for a lot of
flexibility. Therefore, here is what to do if you want your order shipped more
quickly, as many, judging from past sales, prefer to do:
Customers
who want their order to be shipped by "Priority Mail" or "Air
Mail," should email me,
asking how much more it will cost. If paying by credit card, you need not
provide the cc# again, as it will already be on file, with your order safely
transmitted via Cunningham's Store's secure site. Once you approve the extra
charges via a reply email, I will add that charge when I debit your cc account
and ship your order.
I
cannot list all the possible additional charges for quicker shipping here, as
it depends on total weight, but just to give you an idea:
If
a USA customer wanted an autographed Nudity
& Christianity via "Priority Mail," he will be billed an
additional $7. If he also ordered another product of insignificant weight with it,
such as the video, that additional $7 charge would be sufficient for both. But
if he ordered "The Works" via "Priority Mail," since all those publications are quite heavy, it
would cost more than $7. You would query me by email, and I would reply, informing
you of what the extra shipping charges would be. Once I received your OK, I
would add that charge to your total order when I debited your credit card
account. For your information, to ship "The Works" via "Priority
Mail" within the USA would cost an additional $20.
If,
instead of a credit card, you are choosing to pay with a check or money order,
you would add the extra charge to your total payment and mail it in.
To
give you another common example, overseas customers who want an
autographed Nudity & Christianity shipped via "Air Mail," would
be charged an additional $17. Thus, he would pay $49 ($30 for the autographed
book + $2 for handling + $17 for extra postage). The total cost for "The
Works" to overseas customers via "Air Mail" is $185.
The
above examples are provided just to give you an idea. To avoid mistakes and
delays, it is best to email me so I can verify the extra charges.
CANADIANS:
Our friendly neighbors to the north are another category altogether, and should
also inquire via email. Your charges to receive your order by "Air
Mail" are about the same as for "Priority Mail" within the USA.
Thus, to receive an autographed Nudity
& Christianity via "Air Mail" would cost an additional $7. To
receive "The Works" via "Air Mail" costs Canadians a total
of $150.
